For the last release of 2023, we have another fresh face, Leap_Year. This quirky EP was something we wanted to showcase as the final installment of our 12 week release schedule. The vibes fit perfectly with the Bread -N- Butter sound and were ecstatic to be able to sign.
The A-Side 'Little Bag' is a BIG tune! A fun and bouncy breakbeat with a dirty side. The vocal lifts you into a cheery mood while the low end drives you wild, accompanied by an assortment of playful percs and wonky mid range wobbles. This track is perfect for spicing up any four on the floor set.
And what can we say about the B-Side.. 'Do It Like That' has so much attitude and flavor. The dark and dirty bassline lays a bed for the vocals to shine through while the lower end style lead make this song an instant add to any DJ's thumb drive.
All in all, this was an EP that we instantly wanted to sign!
